Licensed Anesthesiologist located in Westchester County

Based in White Plains, NY, Dr. Michael Kullman has over three decades of medical experience. He is licensed in NY, CT, NJ and PA. Dr. Kullman provides ketamine infusion therapy and treatments and BOTOX® to help patients manage mental health and chronic pain conditions.

A 1990 graduate of New York Medical College medical school, Dr. Kullman has extensive experience at New York-based medical institutions including Caremount Medical Group, Putnam Hospital Center, Northern Westchester Hospital Center, and St. Agnes Hospital. Dr. Kullman and most recently affiliated with Brain and Spine Surgeons of New York. Dr. Kullman is now an Attending Anesthesiologist at Silver Hills Hospital in New Caanan, CT and maintains his own private practice in Westchester, NY.

Having served with the U.S. Marines, Dr. Kullman is committed to offering comprehensive care for veterans. He provides discounts and other means of support for all those who currently or who have previously served.
