Integration leverages your ketamine therapy experiences to help you transform unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior into positive change, both increasing and prolonging the positive effects of the treatment for mental health and well-being.
In recent years, ketamine therapy has gained quite a bit of media attention for its potential to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and a plethora of other mental health conditions swiftly and effectively.
Yet, the journey to true healing is often a long, complex process that requires ongoing maintenance and targeted self-care. An essential component that’s frequently overlooked is integration coaching, which helps patients identify and habituate the maintenance strategies that lead to long-term health.
Every individual's experience with ketamine therapy is unique, as are their responses and insights gained from the treatment. This added layer of personalized support plays a crucial role in helping individuals fully integrate their therapeutic experiences into their daily lives, so they can stop surviving and start thriving.
What can I expect to get out integration coaching?
How does it work?
There are two ways to coach. Choose one or both of the following:
Option one is to engage in personalized virtual one-on-one coaching.
This is the most effective way to coach. You’ll walk away with customized strategies and personalized resources tailored specifically to you, your schedule, and your preferences. This personalized approach will allow you to dive deep into your unique situation and gain deeper self-understanding, enhancing long-term resilience and well-being.
Option two is to attend a monthly group coaching circle.
If you prefer to integrate in community or need a more affordable option, this virtual 60-minute integration circle is an intimate, confidential, and safe space to process your experiences. Verbal participation is not required, as much can still be learned from witnessing the transformation of others. The best results come from attending multiple circles.
Who will I coach with?
Casey Renee Rogers is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Facilitator and ICF-certified Professional Coach (PCC) with 9 years experience in private practice. She has specialized training in ketamine and psychedelics and is a recent graduate of the SoundMind Institute’s yearlong Psychedelic Assisted Facilitation Program.
Her approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded, emphasizing the “inner healing intelligence” that exists in each individual.
When’s the best time to do it?
For personalized coaching, 24-48 hrs after receiving the treatment may maximize results, as it falls within the “critical learning period” for optimal neuroplasticity, however, it depends on personal preference, and it’s never too late.
For group coaching, it’s best to join within a month of receiving treatment, though ongoing participation is encouraged and will deliver the best results, especially once the commonly experienced “sparkle period” fades.
